New Student Registration Process

REGISTRATION FOR TOTTENVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR TOTTENVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

YOU MUST FIRST GO TO THE

WELCOME CENTER: OFFICE OF HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT

 To register with the Dept. of Ed. and receive your Disposition Letter

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOU:

 

  1. TWO FORMS OF PROOF OF ADDRESS, I.E. UTILITY BILLS, DEED, WATER BILL (CALL THE NO. ABOVE FOR MORE INFO)
  2. IMMUNIZATION RECORD (FIRST TIME ADMIT TO NYC PUBLIC SCHOOL)
  3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT, VISA (FIRST TIME ADMITS TO NYC PUBLIC SCHOOL)
  4. LAST REPORT CARD AND/OR TRANSCRIPT (SCHOOL NEEDS THIS IN ORDER TO PROPERLY PROGRAM YOUR STUDENT)
After you register with the Welcome Center, Office of High School Placement, please bring all the above documents, PLUS THE DISPOSITION LETTER to Tottenville High School to complete the registration process.
