The Dental Laboratory Technology program is a three-year program enabling students to develop techniques and skills in the field Restorative Dental Laboratory Technology beginning Sophomore year. Tottenville is the only high school in the country to offer the Sirona Dental Company CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry Design and Milling Equipment. This cutting edge technology allows students to use digital scans to produce crown and bridge restorations. Experiential learning occurs daily helping to prepare students for industry and post-secondary opportunities in the dentistry field.

Worked-Based Learning internships in our programs enables qualified students to earn a stipend by working in local Dental Offices and Dental Laboratories as well as hospitals. Many students in our Dentistry Program are currently working in the dental profession and are learning career related skills.

Our partner ships with NYC College of Technology and NYU College of Dentistry allow our students to continue into the Dentistry field when they graduate the Dental Laboratory Program at Tottenville High School.
