the dental lab program is a three-year sequence starting sophomore year we have a lot of Hands-On activities we have 3D printers we have 3D designs of teeth we have had can this program is so unique because time to high school is the only school on Staten Island to offer a c t program in dentistry no other school can offer a three-year sequence internships the project that hands-on experience that you'll be learning directly in this class I really like this program because you know the sense of independency and get to figure out things on your own with the piers around you you know our teacher doesn't walk in and say okay to say do this as I do that she tells us what to do how to do it and look at figure model are people to assemble a car's body like this car the whole back seat and rear seats you could take it out I'm more prepared than most people never touch the car before going back to work cuz his class so I can also have an opportunity to get scholarships and stuff for it because I heard it had a very good medical assistant program and I knew I wanted to continue in the medical field nursing we have paid internship sets. University Hospital where students go over their select few and I'll be going to NYU in the fall for biology again it's called chairside Dental Assisting so throughout the three-year sequence my students learn every single dental procedure in every kind of specialty office in dentist a lot of people leave me in here and as well the opportunities you have really like expand on all the skills that you have as well as like giving you these many opportunities like internships or like or like a resume building skills as the help you is all throughout their Carver High School has the best architecture program here on Staten Island we offer skills and teach you how to do drafting planning model making and how do you say computer in like 40 G of avocado
